The Opportunity Seeking Urgent Care or Primary Care Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners. Current national certification and DEA are required. Current CA state license. 4-day work week; 10-hour shifts. The Practice RUHS - Palm Springs Community – Palm Springs, California 5-6 bed hospital. A teaching facility with an Urgent Care fellowship. Facility hours are Mon-Fri 11am-8pm and Sat-Sun 8am-5pm 3-4 patients per hour; annual volume of 62,000 across all RUHS clinics. Epic EMR. Point of care testing includes HGC, pregnancy, urine, A1C, strep, influenza, Covid, RSV, glucose, and EKG. Award of Excellence for Outpatient Medicine and Vituity’s Site of the Year in 2024.
