The therapist will conduct individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients on psychological, emotional, or substance abuse issues, while actively participating in the treatment planning process. Responsibilities also include providing family counseling and maintaining proactive communication with clients, families, support groups, and the interdisciplinary treatment team.
Applicants must possess a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or an equivalent field, along with a current clinical or social work license in Ohio. Required qualifications also include prior experience treating psychiatric and chemical dependency patients, and obtaining CPR and de-escalation certification within 30 days of hire.
