LPN - CWAT - Family Medicine Center - Full Time - Days

• Job Summary The LPN provides care to patients in accordance with their developmental needs, following the standards of the Department of Nursing and in accordance with hospital policy and procedure.
• Core Job Responsibilities Perform complete assessment data collection, under the supervision of an RN and / or provider, on all patients Assess and reassess pain.
• Educates the patient and family regarding pain management Observe and identify adverse changes in patient condition and notifies appropriate RN and / or provider Maintains current knowledge of medications and their correct administration Interacts professionally with patient and family.
• Involves patient and family in patient education.
• Cleans and operates equipment correctly Perform other duties as required.

Education/Experience Requirements Licensure/Certification Requirements REQUIRED

Current New York State Practical Nursing Registration. CPR
