The Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist will be responsible for reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans based on observation and patient concerns. Responsibilities also include using various therapeutic methods to manage pain and improve mobility, while consistently recording progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
Candidates must be licensed in New York State as an Occupational Therapist and possess an excellent work ethic, along with basic computer skills and current CPR/First Aid certification. Preference is given to Certified Hand Therapists (CHT) or those eligible, requiring significant hand therapy experience or specific fieldwork combined with outpatient experience.
