The Opportunity Must be a 3rd year of a 3-year program or a 4th year of a 4-year program to be eligible. Up to $50k sign-on bonus available for full-time after residency. Spanish speaking is a plus. Current CA state license is a plus. The Practice Sutter Delta Medical Center – Antioch, California A small community hospital with great relationships with consultants. 100-bed facility with a 27-bed Emergency Department. Level II Trauma Center and STEMI receiving center. Annual volume of 60,000 with a 14% admit rate. Busy ED with high acuity, incredible diversity of pathology, and procedure heavy. Excellence in Cardiac Care, Excellence in Obstetric Care for Black Women, and one of Becker's 2024 Great Community Hospitals. The Community Antioch, California, is a vibrant city located in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. Known for its rich history and scenic surroundings, Antioch offers residents a mix of suburban comfort and outdoor adventure. The city is home to landmarks like the Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve, where visitors can explore historic mining sites, and Contra Loma Regional Park, ideal for hiking, picnicking, and fishing.
