The Charge Nurse LVN will confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding assigned residents and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing necessary nursing services. Responsibilities also include examining residents and their records to identify abnormal findings and performing administrative duties such as completing forms, reports, and charting.
Candidates must possess a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing and demonstrate a strong commitment to serving residents and fostering team growth. The role requires a motivated individual who desires career development, potentially towards becoming an RN.
