The Physical Therapist is responsible for applying therapeutic principles, analyzing patient problems, and designing effective treatment plans with realistic goals and timely progression. They must also efficiently organize treatment time, accurately record patient progress, and prepare for discharge in an organized manner.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited physical therapy program and be eligible for licensure in Texas, with no prior experience required, although one year is preferred. Required certifications include active CPR or Basic Life Support certification upon hire, along with Physical Therapist licensure eligibility in Texas.
