The Audiologist will provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage hearing aid fittings, follow-ups, and troubleshooting for adult patients. Responsibilities also include maintaining clinical records compliant with HIPAA and engaging in community outreach initiatives.
Candidates should possess an Au.D. (preferred) and must have or be able to acquire an NJ state license, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. The role requires strong compassion, the ability to work autonomously and in a team, and a self-motivated approach to increasing practice revenue and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking an exceptional, team-oriented Audiologist to join our experienced team and provide excellent and compassionate patient-centered care. What You’ll Do: Provide diagnostic audiologic evaluations Develop treatment plans and make recommendations and establish realistic expectations with patient’s needs. Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, follow ups, and troubleshooting with a variety of hearing aid manufacturers. Maintain all clinical records and reports congruent with clinic protocols and standards, including HIPAA. Stay up to date on changes in the field of audiology. Adherence to company policies and procedures Treating adults. Community outreach initiatives. What You’ll Need: Au.D. preferred. NJ state license or ability to acquire. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills Strong organizational skills with a flexible attitude The ability to work and contribute to a team environment as well as autonomy.
