The Occupational Therapist will perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs and develop relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Responsibilities also include developing home exercise programs with caregivers and acting as a vital member of the medical neighborhood by coordinating care between providers.
Candidates must possess a current/active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas, demonstrate an innovative spirit, and show reliability. Flexibility to shift priorities based on business needs and the ability to use common workplace technology are also required.
