The Speech Language Pathologist will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders, and create home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers. They must also act as a vital member of the medical neighborhood, collaborating with various providers and ensuring timely completion of all required documentation.
Candidates must possess a current/active Speech Language Pathology license in Texas and demonstrate an innovative spirit with a history of reliability and flexibility to adjust priorities as needed. Bonus points are awarded for experience in pediatric home-health settings or specific certifications like VitalStim.
