The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures to produce high-quality radiologic films necessary for accurate diagnosis and patient care. This includes preparing and positioning patients, selecting precise exposure factors, administering contrast media safely, and adhering to radiation safety standards.
Minimum requirements include a High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience OR an Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable job-specific experience. Candidates must possess current ARRT Radiography and Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist credentials, along with BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Radiologic Technologist specializing in General Practice credentialed from the Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification Program obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
