The General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to all age groups, focusing on diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries of the oral structures while promoting oral health education and preventive services. Key duties include charting findings, prescribing medications, designing appliances, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of dentistry (DDS or DMD) and hold or be eligible for a current dental license in Wisconsin, along with current DEA registration and BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include a residency in pediatric dentistry or a master's degree in public health dentistry.
