The Registered Nurse identifies patient needs and priorities for care through assessment, subsequently planning and delegating care based on those identified needs. The RN is accountable for the outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift and evaluates the patient’s response to care and progress toward expected outcomes.
Applicants must be graduates of an Accredited School of Nursing and hold current nursing licensure in Alabama or hold multi-state licensure, with BLS certification required during orientation. While experience is preferred, new graduates are accepted for this role.

Education: Graduate of Accredited School Of Nursing License, Certification and/or registration: Current nursing Alabama or multi-state Licensure. BLS for Healthcare Providers must be obtained in the orientation period. ACLS, PALS, or NRP is required for critical care areas based on patient population.
