The caregiver will provide rewarding work by helping individuals grow, learn, and live well, while developing meaningful relationships with them. Responsibilities include supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene and complex behavioral needs.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and ideally have six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination. Applicants must also have a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance, and demonstrate patience and compassion.
