Job description

Indianapolis Southport Medical Arts Building 700 E Southport Rd Indianapolis, Indiana 46227 Physical Therapist Outpatient Lymphedema PRN New Competitive Rates Registry (PRN) Therapy employees opportunity to receive higher payrate for all hours worked, if they commit to work more weekend shifts.
The Physical Therapist I is responsible for providing evaluation and treatment of the patient within the parameters of legal and professional guidelines, and hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
The Physical Therapist instructs and directs Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians as assigned.
This position evaluates and implements the plan of care to improve, restore and enhance physical functional performance, and promote injury prevention.
The Physical Therapist performs documentation and quality improvement, as outlined in departmental policies and procedures.
