Responsible for providing comprehensive podiatric care, including the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of foot and ankle conditions. The role involves managing high-risk diabetic patients and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requires a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree and an active state podiatry license. Preference is given to candidates with at least two years of clinical experience, particularly with underserved populations.
Responsible for providing comprehensive podiatric medical care to patients of Family Care Health Centers (FCHC), including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of foot and ankle conditions. The Podiatrist works collaboratively with medical providers, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to support high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with FCHC’s mission and clinical standards. Work Schedule: This position requires a flexible part-time schedule of either one full 8-hour shift per week or two 4-hour shifts per week, based on departmental needs and scheduling availability.

Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited program. Active and unrestricted state podiatry license (or ability to obtain). DEA registration (or ability to obtain). Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience preferred. Experience working with underserved or community health populations preferred. Knowledge of diabetic foot care and chronic disease management. Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency with electronic medical record systems. VI.
