The Physician Assistant will conduct comprehensive women's health examinations, provide contraceptive counseling, diagnose and treat common gynecological conditions, and perform routine procedures like Pap smears and STI testing. They will also develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans and collaborate closely with Certified Nurse Midwives and other multidisciplinary team members.
Candidates must have a Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program, current NCCPA certification, and state licensure in Tennessee. A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is preferred, though new graduates will be considered, along with strong clinical assessment skills and proficiency in EHR systems.
