The Occupational Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs and subsequently develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Responsibilities also include developing home exercise programs, coordinating care with other providers, meeting visit quotas, and completing all required documentation accurately and on time.
Candidates must possess a current and active Occupational Therapy license in Texas, along with an innovative spirit and a demonstrated history of reliability. Flexibility to adjust priorities based on business needs and proficiency with common workplace technology are also required.
