The Direct Care Companion is responsible for providing a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring they are treated with respect and dignity. This role improves the quality of life by assisting individuals in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.
Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess the physical ability to lift 200 lbs with assistance. Applicants are also required to have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and must be able to obtain necessary background clearances (ACT 33/34 and FBI).

Direct Care Aides (Caregivers) assist special needs individuals with their activities of daily living and home care. The direct care aide provides assistance to adults with disabilities helping them with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transport to doctor appointments.
Evenings 3 pm to 11 pm OR Daytime 7 am to 3 pm.
Part-time hours are also available with flexible scheduling to fit your needs. Great for additional income or a second job.
No experience necessary! Paid training provided!
