Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments, triage, and nursing interventions related to pulmonary and respiratory care. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care in collaboration with pulmonology providers and clinic staff. Administer medications, treatments, and point-of-care testing in accordance with clinical protocols and provider orders. Provide patient education related to respiratory conditions, medications, procedures, and self-management strategies. Document clinical findings, care provided, and care coordination activities accurately and timely in the electronic health record. Support clinic operations by assisting with laboratory specimen collection, care coordination, and quality improvement activities.
