The Social Worker will undertake holistic assessments of need, risk, and capacity for older adults with complex needs. They will develop personalized care plans and ensure compliance with relevant legislation while promoting the rights and dignity of older individuals.
Candidates must have Social Work England registration and a degree level or equivalent in Social Work. Post-qualified experience and a full UK driving licence are also required.
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker to join our client’s Older Adults Team based in Merton. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred social work support to older adults with complex needs. Your focus will be on promoting independence, safeguarding wellbeing, and ensuring full legal compliance under the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.
