The role also involves documenting progress, adhering to compliance guidelines, and providing oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program and must pass the state licensure exam, maintaining active State licensure. Strong clinical knowledge, particularly regarding orthopedic conditions and treatments, is essential for this role.
