The role involves assisting the Physical Therapy team with patient care, including greeting, check-in/out, confirmation calls, and maintaining organized patient areas. Additionally, the assistant supports chiropractic providers by preparing patients, updating medical records, managing schedules, and handling administrative workflows according to scope-of-practice guidelines.
A high school diploma or GED is the minimum educational requirement, and fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory for this position. Candidates must possess basic computer skills for data entry and office software, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and interact effectively with patients and clinical staff.
