The Therapist will provide direct therapeutic services, including comprehensive clinical assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, and family engagement for patients in behavioral health and substance use treatment programs. This role involves managing a caseload, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring care complies with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant human services field qualifying for professional clinical licensure. A minimum of two years of clinical experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment is strongly preferred, as is holding an active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent).

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a clinically skilled Therapist to provide direct therapeutic services within our behavioral health and substance use treatment programs. This role is responsible for comprehensive clinical assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, family engagement, crisis intervention, and coordination of care throughout the patient’s treatment episode.
The Therapist manages an assigned caseload and collaborates closely with medical providers, case management, and interdisciplinary treatment teams to deliver ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
