The PSR Generalist serves as a member of the Clubhouse team. Clubhouse is a psychosocial program designed for rehabilitating adults diagnosed with a behavioral health challenge. Objectives of the program include job support, education, meaningful relationships, housing support, and an overall improved quality of life.
Compensation Range
The starting pay for this position is $15.94 - $18.75 hourly rate, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.

SIP Coordination
Provides onsite crisis intervention and case management.
Participates and promotes departmental and agency quality improvement initiatives
Participates in program in-service education and community education.
Participates in activity planning and coordination.
Completes case notes in the appropriate format and submit to HIS (medical records) within prescribed time limits.
Provides transportation services to members.
Utilize motivational interview strategies and a trauma-informed approach to engage with and provide service to individuals.
Meet direct service productivity and documentation standards per agency and program expectations.
Travel off-site as needed for various opportunities including meetings, conferences, activities, and events.
Ensure that the CNS Healthcare standards of service are applied to interactions with individuals served, guests, and staff.
Participate in and promote departmental and agency quality improvement initiatives.
Assume responsibility for professional growth by current reading and attendance at educational programs and conferences.
Maintain knowledge and compliance with established policies and procedures, corporate compliance program, code of ethics, applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, HIPAA standards, and other regulatory programs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of principles of psychosocial rehabilitation.
Ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and courteously
Ability to use discretion and judgment when handling matters of a sensitive or confidential nature
Time management, problem solving, customer service, interpersonal, conflict resolution and crisis intervention skills
Intermediate presentation, facilitation, collaboration and team working skills.
Ability to be forward thinking and take initiative to accomplish goals and objectives of the department
Ability to maintain professional boundaries
Intermediate level experience with computers and Microsoft office products
Ability to contribute to an inclusive environment that recognizes the value and contributions of all persons regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, religion, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability
Valid Michigan Driver’s license and good driving record.
Transportation or automobile accessibility with current auto insurance.
Preferred
Prior experience in working with adults with serious mental illness
Basic understanding of Michigan Mental Health Code and Recipient Rights.
Progress or completion of a college degree in a human/social services field of study
