The role involves providing compassionate personal care to seniors, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and feeding. Responsibilities also include monitoring residents for condition changes, recording vital signs, maintaining clean environments, and supporting resident orientation and group activities.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a CNA certification or prior experience in senior care being preferred. Essential qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, compassion for older adults, and the ability to adhere to care plans and safety procedures.
