Minimum Qualifications
1.
Possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling 2.

Design, implement, and monitor behavior support and treatment plans, including individual, family, and group therapy, skill-building, preventative strategies, and staff supports.

Provide crisis intervention, ongoing progress evaluation, and outcome measurement using data-driven tools.
6.
Coordinate referrals to community resources, psychiatric services, and other supports.
7.
Deliver training to individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals on support plans and interventions.
8.
Serve on and present cases to the Behavior Support Committee as required.
9.
Maintain compliance with agency policies, confidentiality standards, and documentation requirements.
10.
Effectively manage time, communicate across teams, utilize agency technology, and travel within the service area as needed to fulfill job duties.
