The Student Nurse Aide will provide direct personal care to residents, including grooming, bathing, and assisting with ambulation and transfers under supervision. They will also support nursing staff by completing non-nursing tasks like answering call lights and organizing supplies.
Candidates must possess written proof of completing 16 hours of ADL training from an authorized source and demonstrate strong communication, patience, and self-discipline. Adherence to safety policies and basic computer literacy for documentation protocols is also required.
