This role involves actively preparing operating and capital budgets for the department. The assistant will also revise nursing forms, policies, job descriptions, and performance evaluations while ensuring accurate archiving.
A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a secretarial program graduate or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Candidates must possess two years of secretarial experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Assumes an active role in the preparation of the operating and capital budgets. Assists with the ongoing process of creating and revising nursing forms/policies & job descriptions/performance evaluations (including accurate archiving). Serves as a resource person for other SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work-related issues. Performs any other job related duties as requested by Manager or Directors.
