This role involves performing delegated tasks to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring patient safety through rounds and adherence to established policies. The technician will monitor mental health behaviors, report concerns, and utilize de-escalation techniques as required.
Candidates must perform delegated patient care tasks, follow treatment plans, and utilize CPI techniques for de-escalation and crisis management. A special qualification requires an Associate Degree in Human Sciences.
