The Residential Counselor is responsible for maintaining a therapeutic environment within the residence by meeting client needs related to safety, medical, emotional, food, clothing, and shelter. This role also involves implementing individual client plan objectives under supervision and participating in the development and consistent enforcement of reasonable limits and structure for each child.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position, although previous work experience dealing with youths in a related field is preferred. Candidates must possess the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner both verbally and in writing, and must be able to function as a cooperative team member.

We're looking for a Residential Counselor for our Youth Residential Program to maintain a therapeutic environment within the residence, which includes meeting the needs of the client in the following areas: safety, medical, emotional, food, clothing, and shelter. To participate in the development of reasonable limits and structure for each child and to implement these limits on a daily basis in the residence and community in a fair and consistent manner.
