The Phlebotomist will be responsible for performing venipuncture and capillary punctures, collecting specimens correctly according to COLA requirements, and ensuring accurate recording and labeling of all collected samples. They must also maintain the cleanliness of the phlebotomy area and provide coverage at satellite laboratories when needed.
A minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience and current CPR certification are required for this role, along with reliable transportation. Experience working with pediatrics is highly preferred, and critical reliability is expected.
