The clinician will provide community-based services such as family therapy, in-home therapy, and case management while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to develop effective support strategies for clients. Responsibilities also include creating interventions to enhance family support, potentially preventing hospitalization, and delivering culturally competent, trauma-informed clinical services.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and either hold clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or be eligible to sit for it, along with being at least 21 years old. Required experience includes clinical work with children and adolescents, maintaining a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including afternoons and evenings.

JRI’s Children's Friend and Family Services division is committed to assisting families and their children who are dealing with substantial behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. Our mission is to ensure they can access the vital services necessary for them to flourish at home, in school, and within their communities.
The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
We are offering a $2,000 sign on bonus paid out in full after 6 months of employment.
This position requires availability to work from afternoons into the evenings. While weekend hours are available, they are not mandatory. The scheduling for this role is flexible and will be adjusted based on your availability as well as that of the client or family.
