The role involves assisting clients with activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing, providing companionship, and supporting mobility and transfers. Caregivers must also adhere to individualized care plans, perform light housekeeping, prepare meals, and report any changes in the client's condition.
Applicants must possess an active CNA license or PCA training/experience, demonstrating compassion, dependability, and a patient-focused approach. Essential requirements include the ability to work independently, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the capacity to pass background and health checks.
