The provider will offer services to persons with mental illness according to the treatment plan, including behavioral assistance, child and youth support, and crisis stabilization. This role involves functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team and ensuring timely, quality documentation of clinical services.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a Bachelor’s degree in a related field like psychology or social work is preferred, especially for recent graduates. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Arisa Health is currently seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) to join our Therapeutic Day Treatment program in Siloam Springs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and families in a behavior health setting. Requires a high school diploma, recent college graduates or current students in the field of psychology, social work, or a related field Human Services field are encouraged to apply.

This position is classified as full- time, non-exempt (hourly) and reports to the Program Manager.
