The Therapist will collaborate with the client and treatment team to achieve client goals by providing individual, family, and group therapy, managing caseloads, and ensuring accurate documentation and billing compliance. Key duties include driving the treatment planning process, conducting safety planning, and consulting with relevant parties regarding client progress and barriers.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree and professional licensure (specific requirements vary by state: Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia), along with a valid driver's license and successful background checks. Experience in mental health treatment for children with emotional or behavioral disabilities is often required or preferred, depending on the location.
