The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide personal care, assist with grooming, bathing, and dressing, and support residents with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics. Responsibilities also include maintaining the resident environment, recording vital information accurately, and encouraging engagement through exercises and orientation.
Candidates must hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas and possess the ability to accurately record information and perform necessary technical procedures. The ideal fit requires strong communication, self-discipline, patience, and a genuine commitment to caring for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
