The Pediatrician diagnoses and treats diseases and injuries in pediatric patients, providing acute, chronic medical, and health maintenance care. This role also involves providing rotational on-call coverage for urgent health care problems for health center patients.
Candidates must be board certified as a pediatric physician licensed to practice in Missouri, with experience as a board-certified pediatrician being preferred. Additional requirements include maintaining hospital-admitting privileges and meeting criteria for Electronic Health Record (EHR) Meaningful Use.
