Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship to seniors or disabled clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities including grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and family members to ensure quality care.
• Document care provided and report any significant changes in the client’s condition.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of prior caregiving experience (professional or agency-based).
• Active HCA (Home Care Aide) registration in California.
• Proof of a recent negative TB test.
• Able to safely lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable communicating in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Can speak fluent Mandarin
• Driver’s license and valid car insurance preferred

• Laundry

• What we need from you
• Reliable transportation
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
