Nurses will provide direct patient care according to the established plan of care, focusing on monitoring and managing specialized needs such as tracheostomies, ventilators, and G-tubes, including emergency responses. Responsibilities also include accurately completing all required clinical documentation in a timely manner and performing other necessary skilled nursing services.
Candidates must possess an active LPN or RN license valid in Virginia or a multi-state compact license, along with demonstrated proficiency in caring for patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, and G-tubes. Home care or home health experience is preferred, and applicants must be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently.
