The therapist will provide intensive in-home individual and family mental health counseling utilizing evidence-based and trauma-informed care for high-risk children and adolescents. Responsibilities include participating in multidisciplinary care coordination, providing crisis intervention when needed, and meeting agency productivity standards.
A minimum of a Master’s degree in a related discipline with at least two years of experience is mandatory, and the candidate must be license eligible and able to pass a DBHDD background check. Candidates must also be flexible to work after-school hours and weekends, possess a GA driver's license, and be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
$37.00 - $50.00 per hour
The Intensive Family Intervention Therapist position is focused on providing intensive in-home individual/family mental health counseling using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches of care for children and adolescents at high risk of out of home placement or returning home from inpatient or residential treatment.
