As a Senior Family Based Mental Health Clinician, the role involves creating individualized treatment plans and providing intensive in-home therapeutic interventions to guide families through the healing process. Clinicians will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapy, clinical assessments, crisis management, and psychoeducation.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Counseling, along with a minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a child-serving system. Required experience includes trauma-focused therapy and crisis intervention, alongside strong organizational skills and a commitment to teamwork.
