The Clinician Unlicensed provides mental health support services to members and their families, while also coordinating all mental health support services provided by the team. This involves collaborating with team members and external agencies like the Conservator’s Office and Probation Department.
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences and be registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences holding an ASW, AMFT, or APCC license. A minimum of one year of direct service experience with mentally ill individuals is required, along with a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for client transport.

The Clinician Unlicensed provides mental health support services to members served and their families at the program. The Clinician also assists in coordinating all mental health support services provided by the Team. This includes coordinating and collaborating with team members and outside agencies such as the Conservator’s Office, Public Guardian’s Office, Probation Department, County Behavioral Health Services, and housing and inpatient providers.
00 am - 6:00 pm; Tuesday - Friday
This position is 100% field based.
Expected starting wage range is $70,182.59 - $86,678.47. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range for this role will be based on the geographic location where it is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

The Outreach and Engagement 3 team is co-located with Stanislaus County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS). The team provides brief counseling intervention and engagement services that actively seek out, engage, assess, and refer individuals with serious mental illness to appropriate service providers and community supports.
