The Restorative Nursing Assistant will provide services aimed at restoring, improving, or maintaining bodily functions to the highest degree practicable for residents. This work must be performed according to the resident's assessment and care plan, under the direction of supervisors.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have completed certified Restorative Aide training. A complete and unencumbered Nursing Assistant certification in the state is mandatory, along with proficiency in using various adaptive equipment.
