This role provides administrative and coordination support for compliance and audit activities, including maintaining records and tracking regulatory requirements. Additionally, the coordinator supports C-suite leaders with day-to-day administrative operations such as calendaring, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements.
A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least one year of administrative support experience, preferably in a startup or nonprofit setting. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, along with reliable personal transportation.
