The intern will support various Quality Assurance activities, projects, and initiatives, including process improvement, harmonization, and audit preparation. Responsibilities also involve participating in supplier qualification, performing administrative tasks like scanning and filing, maintaining supplier data databases, and compiling periodic quality metrics.
Candidates must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in life sciences or a related field, and possess a strong interest in quality assurance within the biotechnology industry. Essential qualifications include strong attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to interpret complex concepts, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Discovery is seeking a motivated intern to join our Quality Assurance team for the upcoming summer semester. This role will provide hands-on experience by assisting in the development and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System supporting advanced analytical technology areas (e.g. biospecimens, cell services, histology, etc.).
• This is a “for credit” internship. The selected candidate will not be entitled to compensation, benefits, or paid time off.
