The role involves making a difference in residents' lives by providing compassionate care and promoting their health and well-being through timely and professional medication administration. Responsibilities also include acting as a positive teammate and promptly responding to various resident alert systems.
Candidates must demonstrate C.A.R.E. values, successfully complete a state-approved medication administration training program, and maintain current CPR and active QMA Certifications. An annual medication evaluation with a Registered Pharmacy Consultant or designee is also required.
