We are looking for a creative, high-energy Activity Assistant who understands that for residents living with dementia, meaningful engagement is what makes a house a home. We operate in a small home setting where your work truly matters, and you are never just a number.

THE ROLE: Passionate engagement & creative programming

• We aren't just looking for someone to "fill time"—we want someone who has a deep passion for connecting with seniors through their unique life stories.
• Customized Activities: Collaborate with the Activities Director to design and lead programs specifically tailored to the cognitive needs and personal histories of our residents.
• Behavioral Support through Connection: Use your experience to engage residents during critical times, helping to prevent and manage "sundowning" episodes through redirection and purposeful activity.
• One-on-One Enrichment: Focus on deep, individual interactions that respect the dignity and warmth of every resident.
• Community Integration: Lead residents on outings and excursions to keep them active and connected to the Colorado community.
• Transportation: Comfortably drive our 14-passenger bus for resident adventures (no special license required).
