The primary duties involve sorting, washing, drying, folding, hanging, and putting away resident laundry according to policy and guidelines. Additionally, the aide must clean equipment, assist with making beds, and help with housekeeping duties when necessary.
Candidates must have a minimum of a 10th-grade education and be at least 18 years old, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Essential requirements include prior experience interacting with residents and maintaining an active CPR/BLS certification while adhering to HIPAA confidentiality rules.
