The Pharmacist PT will review prescriptions, dispense medications, and provide medication information to patients, providers, and clinic staff to enhance medication use and compliance. This role supports the expansion of Pharmacy services at a new location.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree along with required intern hours, and hold a current Washington Pharmacist license. Certification to administer vaccines and a BLS card are also mandatory requirements for this position.
